| Principal District Judges made more powerful | | | JAMMU, APRIL 03 The Jammu and Kashmir High Court, through a Circular issued here today, has empowered the Principal District Judges to order transfers of Ministerial staff and revoked the circular NO 14 issued on December 24,2004 requiring Principal District Judges to submit proposals for transfers of Ministerial staff to Chief Justice Secretariat for approval,. Revoking operation of all the previous circulars with immediate effect, the newly issued Circular NO 18 empowers Principal District Judges for making transfers of the ministerial staff of Subordinate control in the interest of administration.
