Youth hangs self to death 3/14/2014 11:26:33 PM Early Times Report Samba, Mar 14: A youth reportedly committed suicide by hanging self with a ceiling fan at his rented accommodation in district Samba today. As per reports, the youth namely Raman Saini son of Prem Swaroop Saini of Dinagar,Punjab was found dead at his rented accommodation in ward no 11, Samba.
