KATHUA, Mar 14: All India Bairagi Vaishnav Mahan Mandal (AIBVMM) J&K State has appointed Ajit Bawa as president of the organization. Bawa is serving as social worker in J&K from last 25 years.
He has good understanding of community needs as well as good leadership. A meeting of the Bairagi Mahan Mandal, Punjab, was held at Bhindari village of Kathua under the presidentship of Ajit Bawa. K K Bawa, President, Bairagi Mahan Mandal, Prof Jiwan Dass Bawa, General Secretary, Bairagi Mahan Mandal, Baldev Dass Bawa, President, Banda Bahadur Brigade, Rajinder Kumar Bawa, Mahant Faqir Chand Bawa also participated in the meeting.
In the meeting, the Bairagi community of J&K decided to support the Congress party in the Assembly election. Speaking on the occasion, Bawa said only the Congress was in position to give a fight to the communal forces. |
