Sec 144 imposed within 100 meters radius of DM’s Office 3/15/2014 11:33:58 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Mar 15: In view of the announcement of elections for Lok- Sabha 2014 and imposition of Model Code of Conduct thereof, District Magistrate (DM) Kathua, Jitendra K Singh in exercise of the powers conferred under section 144 of the Cr.P.C has ordered that no announcement /disturbance of traffic/ protest is allowed within the radius of 100 meters from the office of the District Magistrate.
