Jammu, Mar 15: The Enforcement Staff headed by the Chief Enforcement Officer of Jammu Municipal Corporation under the guidance of Kiran Wattal Commissioner Municipal Corporation Jammu and Kapil Sharma (KAS) Joint Commissioner (Adm), while further continuing and intensifying the drive vigorously against the unauthorized construction, violations and encroachments, today sealed the premises of Khukaran Baradari, Raj Tilak Road, Purani Mandi, Jammu where unauthorized construction was taking place.
Already the owner of the building was booked under Control of Building Operation Act, 1988. The sealing has been launched with the assistance of police force from District Police Lines, Jammu. The Jammu Municipal Corporation once again appealed to the general public to refrain from making encroachments and unauthorized constructions otherwise action as admissible under rule leading to demolition / sealing will be taken.
