State Vigilance Organization produced challan in case FIR No. 23/2000 P/S VOK against Javaid Ahmad Qadri, the then Junior Assistant R&B Division-II, Srinagar, for fraudulently making wrong entries of date of birth in respect of various officials in order to make them eligible for regularization.
