| Khan for coordinated efforts for successful implementation of govt. policies | | |

Minister of State for Higher and Technical Education, Mr. Ajaz Ahmed Khan has emphasized for coordinated efforts for successful implementation of various schemes launched by Government from time to time. He called for people’s participation in every sphere of life so that public funds are utilized judiciously and main purpose of the government is to provide benefit of these facilities down to the grassroot level.
The minister was addressing a largely attended public meeting at Dharmari Arnas today. He said that under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad, various steps were taken for speedy development of the state. Mr. Ajaz impressed for strengthening the hands of Government for bringing Khushali and ensuring upliftment of downtrodden and poor sections of the society.
Referring to massive development programmes under execution in all the areas of the state, Mr. Ajaz said that most of the officials are rendering yoeman’, service in implementation of various programmes and schemes. The minister assured that such officials would be awarded reasonably and warned the erring ones of dire consequences in case they do not change their behavior in respect of corrupt attitude.
Later, the Minister distributed 23 sewing machines, 20 certificates of cutting and tailoring trade and also paid financial assistance of Rs 10,000 each to two deserving women of Dharmari.
