Ousted Forest Protection Force Employees of Distt., Doda continued their Hunger Strike (MARAN VRAT) on second consecutive day here today in front of Divisional Commissioner’s Office.
President, FPF, Doda Ramesh Manhas stated that FPF employees of Doda have been protesting for the last twenty-five days at Divisional commissioner’s office at Jammu, but the state government’s deaf and dumb policy forced than to go on hunger strike.
Ramesh Manhas, further added that state govt’s step-motherly attitude has resulted in mental frustration and torture to FPF employees as well as to their families.
While addressing the meeting, Ravi, general secretary, expressed that it is pertinent to mention here that FPF employees of Doda were selected by SSRB and not from backdoor.
He urged the Chief Minister to intervene the into the matter personally resolve the problem of FPF employees.
