Custodial killing: Justice Imtiaz reserves judgement

Jammu, April 05,(KIP): Justice Hakim Imtiaz Hussain of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Jammu wing on Thursday reserved two judgments related to two criminal transfer applications one filed by ex-SSP Ganderbal HR Parihar through his wife and another filed by DySP operations Ganderbal Bahadur Ram through Advocate Sunil Sethi seeking transfer of the criminal trial in to the infamous alleged custodial killing of carpenter Abdul Rehman Padder from the court of session judge Srinagar to any other ocurt outside Kashmir valley.
After hearing at length Justice Hakim Imtiaz Hussain reserved the judgment. Advocate Ashok Parihar and Advocate Sunil Sethi appeared on behalf of the petitioners whereas Advocate General AH Naik appeared on behalf of the state
