A meeting of the Congress workers was held under the chairmanship of former minister and vice-president, JKPCC, Yash Pal Khajuria to condole the demise of Nand Lal, secretary, Block Congress committee Udhampur, who passed away at his residence at village Jib after minor illness.
His service towards party and his dedication to work for the poor was remembered. He was a man of principle and a great social worker. Deep sympathies were expressed to the bereaved family members and two-minute silence was observed to pray for the peace to the departed soul.
