| Residents of Bunjawah area hails merger with Thatri | | |

The residents of ‘Bunjwah’ have hailed the recommendations of ‘Bloeria Committee’ in merging Bunjawah with tehsil Thatri.
According to a press release, local leaders of various political parties in a press conference thanked the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for this step.
In the conference, Haji Tariq Hussain Keen of National Conference, Mela Ram of BJP, Farooq Ahmad of Congress and Aziz Din of PDP appreciated the role played by Commission, who gave recommendations with out any influence or pressure.
The leaders said, since 1981, when Tehsil Thatri was created the people of Bunjawah were demanding its inclusion in Thatri. Lekh Raj Kotwal on behalf of All Party Action Committee, Bunjawah has appealed the Chief Minister to accept all the recommendations of Bloeria Commission.
