Srinagar April 7
A daily wager of Power Development Department was electrocuted while repairing a low transmission line in the outskirts of Srinagar city, here this morning.
Identified as Javid Ahmad Katoo son of Ghulam Rasool of Barjee, Harwan was injured critically when he received electric shock at Gandtal, under the jurisdiction of police station Harwan, a police spokesman told News Agency of Kashmir.
The injured was rushed to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
