On the 67th Birthday of Asa Ram (Bapu), a yajna was performed by his devotees at Bhagwati Nagar Ashram here today morning in which special prayers were held for global peace and universal brotherhood.
After the Yajna, Satsang was held followed by Keertan, Bhajans and devotional songs. Religious fervour gripped the ashram when devotees chanting bhajans of Shri Asa Ramji Bapu’s Hari Om, Har Har Mahdev and Jai Shree Ram ranted in the air as devotees donned in white dresses were seen shouting slogans of Bapu Ji.
On the occasion, a Shoba Yatra of Lord Krishna, Bhagwan Shiv, Bal Sanskar, Gita Updas to Arujun Ji besides Kalash Yatra, Charan Paduka also passed through the bazaars of Canal Road, Jewel Chowk, Gumat Bazar, Raghunath Bazar, Hari Market, Indira Chowk, Bus Stand and culminated at Shri Asa Ram Ji’s ashram Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu. |
