Jammu | Apr 7 State Joint Secretary, Panthers Trade Union, Sewa Singh Bali concluded a ten-day hectic tour of various villages of Banihal constituency including Neel Top, Chidoos, Gagarnag, Chamalbas, Ramsoo, Sarbagani, Pingloga, Sinabati, Alinbas, Kasloos, Kathyar, Banjuee, Nandigadh, Hunga, Muthlal, Ukhral, Konchi, Batroo and Hevagan. During the tour, Bali met people and heard their problems, he assured them that their problems will be put before the concerned authorities and will be resolved at the earliest. He alleged that the condition of the roads in the entire Banihal constituency is very bad which need immediate repair. He urged upon the district Ramban administration to ensure 100 days job under the Prime Minister Job Guarantee Programme to the people of constituency. Bali said that there were a large number of villages in the area still without facility of electricity after completing 56 years of in defence and demanded the electrification of the Senabati, Gagarnag, and Bingara at the earliest. He also urged upon the government of Jammu and Kashmir to provide communication facility to Pogal, Parithan Neel Top, and Ukhral area.
