| NC leader flays SFC management for confirming Wani | | | Early Times Reporter

Senior National Conference leader and member of working committee, Gopal Krishan has flayed the management of the State Forest Corporation for confirming Ghulam Qadir Wani as secretary state Forest Corporation. Gopal has stated that according to rules the person eligible for the post of secretary, Forest Corporation must be 1st class law graduate and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the post has to be filled up by direct recruitment with the consultation of government. He alleged that Wani is simply a graduate but has been confirmed as secretary, State Forest Corporation in violation of rules and regulation and even without the consolation of the state Govt. The NC Leader has also criticized the management of the corporation for converting the post enmarked for direct quota into promotion quota with a view to extend undue and illegal benefits.
