| Hizb owns Friday's LoC attack | | | Srinagar, Apr 26: Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen on Saturday claimed that its 'Pirpanjal Regiment' attacked the Indian troopers on Friday morning along the Line of Control in Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir.
Operation Spokesman Hizbul Mujhadeen, Baleeg-u-Din told a news agency on phone that men from their 'Pirpanjal Regiment' which carried the attack on Indian forces.
"Our 'Mujhadeen' attacked the Indian post on Friday morning resulting in the killing of several Indian soldiers. After attacking Indian troopers, our 'Mujhadeen' managed to reach their destination safely," he claimed, adding that such attacks would be carried out in future as well. |
