| Minor drowns in water tank | | | Jammu, Apr 26: In a tragic incident a minor accidently drowned today in an underground water tank in Channi Himmat area on outskirts of the winter capital falling under Channi Himmat Police Station.
Police sources said that 4-year-old Roshan Lal of Madhya Pradesh at present Channi Himmat Sector -3 was playing in the courtyard of under construction house when he accidentally fell in the water tank and drowned.
When the family failed to find him and started search feeling the child went missing, sources said adding, "during their search they found his body in the water tank."
The concerned Police have registered a case in this connection and have started investigation into the matter.
