| Duggar Manch calls for modifications in Jammu festival | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Apr 11 Duggar Manch president Mohan Singh today said that it is very sad that Jammu festival is being privatized and people are being taxed through entry tickets He said that the authorities should understand that Jammu exhibition is part of Dogra culture and people should not be forced to pay through the nose. He said that heritage and cultural performances should not be sold as consumable products on tickets basis. He said that the Duggar Manch appealed to the organizing committee to make amendments in Jammu festival 2007. Others, who were present on this occasion were Narsingh Jamwal, Dhian Singh, Parvin Kesar (IPTA), Varsha Puri (PWA), Kulbir Singh Slathia (Duggar Jagrati Manch) and J.R. Sharma Jai Vishava.
