| Financial Powers delegated to PSC | | | JAMMU, APRIL 12
Government vested in its Chairman Financial Powers, which were hitherto exercised by the Administrative Department. This delegation is aimed at enabling the Commission to function effectively as an autonomous constitutional body.
This measure is expected to make a positive impact on the working of the Commission.
