| Vital commitments made in manifesto, CMP fulfilled, Madan | | | Jammu April 12 Member Parliament and senior Congress leader Madan Lal Sharma has said that the Congress led coalition government in the state has fulfilled all the vital commitments made in the election manifesto of the party and the CMP adding that this have become possible due to the full backing of the Congress leadership and the UPA Government at the Centre. Addressing public meting at Nadd, Samba today he said the State Government headed by Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi has accelerated the process of restoration of peace and all round development in all the three regions of the state and added that the development graph of the coalition dispensation on education, health, road connectivity, power, water and rural development is quite high leading to remarkable progress towards the achievement of goal of peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir. Appreciating Azad for bringing several legislative and administrative reforms, the Congress MP said that CM has not only implemented the Wazir Commission recommendations but has gone much ahead by creating eight more districts in the state. Describing the Roshni Scheme introduced in the state as unique, Sharma said that under this scheme, ownership rights up to 100 kanals of agriculture state land would be vested to farmers free of cost. On this occasion, he donated Ambulance to Primary Health Centre Nadd out of his Constituency Development Fund while another such ambulance was donated yesterday for PHC Shibba in Dansal block.
