| Sopore contractors on strike, Bukhari | | | Jammu, April 12
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spokesman and MLC Syed Basharat Bukhari today said that the 500 members of Sopore Contactors Association are on the strike since one week.
He has urged the Government to look into their demands. He said unfortunately nobody is listening to the plight of the contractors who are on the strike for the past one week. He said the continuous strike by the contractors has also affected the developmental works in the area and the Government must address their grievances so that the works are taken for execution again.
