| Courts to follow earlier practice, rescinds cases separation order | | RS Pura, Munsiff promoted as Sub-judge | |

The State High Court today promoted Soba Ram Gandhi as s Sub-Judge, presently Munsiff, R S Pura in the pay-grade of Rs 12850-17550.
According to the order issued by the Registrar General of the state High Court, Hasnain Masoodi in which held that after considering comparative merit, availability and performance of all the Munsiffs eligible for promotion as Sub-Judge, Soba Ram Gandhi stands promoted as Sub-Judge and posted as sub-Judge, leave reserve High Court Jammu Wing against the available vacancy.
In another order issued by the High Court in which Rupali Ratta, Sub-Judge Reasi is transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Passenger Tax.
In another order issued today, the High Court in the interest of the administration promoted Tasleema Jan, Sr. Assistant High Court wing Srinagar is promoted temporarily as Head-Assistant in the pay-grade of Rs 5000-8000 and Imtiyaz Ahmed Dar, Junior Assistant High Court wing Srinagar is promoted temporarily as Senior Assistant in the pay-grade 4000-6000.
According to the order No 34 issued by the state High Court, in the wake of rationalization of registration work at Srinagar and Jammu, the order of November 9, 2005 directing withdrawal of all civil, criminal and miscellaneous cases from Munsiffs, Sub-Registrar Courts, Srinagar/Jammu is revoked with immediate effect, Principal District Judges and CJMs Srinagar/Jammu shall hence forth transfer civil/criminal and miscellaneous to Sub-Registrar Court Srinagar/Jammu as per the practice followed prior to the order of November 9, 2005.
