JAMMU, Apr 30: SKUAST-Jammu Teaching Association accorded emotive and warm farewell to Rattan Lal Bhagat, Assistant Professor (SG), Division of Sericulture, Udheywalla, SKUAST-Jammu on his superannuation after rendering distinguished services of more than 34 years. Dr. P.K. Sharma, Vice Chancellor (VC), SKUAST-Jammu was the chief guest while members of the university governance were also present on the occasion. VC Dr Sharma while appreciating Bhagat's contributions in academics and research selflessly and with devotion wished him a happy and prosperous post retired life. RL Bhagat served SKUAST Teaching Association as Publicity Secretary for four consecutive years and that too at the time when SKUAST-Jammu was carved out from erstwhile SKUAST J&K. |
