| Dupe arrested, sent to remand | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER SAMBA | AUGUST 4 Samba police achieved a big success in arresting an 22 year old girl ho had duped a over dozen of un-employed youths on the pretext of getting them government jobs. According to source the arrest a girl identified as Savita Devi D/o Suram Singh R/o Banglad, Samba had been active in this racket for quite sometime and collect money from them in the name of job. Similarly she charged money from them in the name in the name of job. Similarly she charged money from 24 youth f the area and assured them with a job. But she did not provide them any job and the youth demanded money back, but she started making excuses one after another. As a result, the youth approached the court, which directed the police to arrest the women. Police f the area swing into action and arrested the women from a hideout, and registered the case U/S 420 under FIR No 100/2006. Sources said, during interrogation she disclosed the names of some officers and poliliticians involved in the racket that collected lakhs of rupees by her. According to police more names will come to light about the racket.
