| Alleged rape, kidnapping of minor | | | HC directs SSP Border to proceed further
JAMMU AUG-4- Justice Nirmal Singh of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing after considering the statement of the prosecutrix , recorded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu yesterday, has sent the same to SSP Border today with the directions to examine the statement of prosecutrix himself and to proceed further accordance to law. It has also directed that while examining the statement of prosecutrix, the SSP would also hear and consider the stand of the accused persons.
The Judge while disposing off the petition filed by the parents of the prosecutrix as well as the CMP has directed that if a cognizable offence is made out, inquiry/investigation be handed over to an IPS Officer.
