Jammu, May 8: National Student Union of India (NSUI) has demanded removal of JK Sharma from the post of in-charge, Zorawar Singh Auditorium. According to press release, a strong protest demonstration was held today under the leadership of Nitin Bakhshi, at University of Jammu. Addressing the media persons Bakhshi, who was flanked by other NSUI activists said that it was very shameful part on university administration, that an incompetent person has been appointed on dual posts whereas unemployed youth having high qualifications are roaming here and there. "It is a slap on the faces of such youth", he said. Adding to his statement, Choudhary Naseeb Ali, National Delegate, NSUI said that the ultimatum of 24 hours given by him via print and electronic media was not taken seriously by the university authorities. As a result of which, NSUI adopted the path of agitation which will not stop till a favourable result comes on the grounds. Further Kaamal Magotra, state general secretary, NSUI said that besides JK Sharma, any other person holding more than one post should be immediately removed from that post. Otherwise NSUI will start a signature campaign under my guidance to solve this issue. Expressing the ideology of NSUI, Ajay Kumar, National Delegate, NSUI said that NSUI will always fight for the rights of students wherever students and their rights are being suppressed.
