| Following stalemate between adm, employees ABVP goes to court | | | Pg 3 Jammu | April 16 Akhil Vidyarthi Parishad condemning the anti-student policy of the coalition government and politicians of J&K for spoiling the career of students has decided to move court to get the problems of the students resolved. Suresh Magotra, national executive member of ABVP said that already three papers of part first have been cancelled, but nothing has been done by the government in this regard. He further said that above thirty thousand college students carrier is on the stake due to the on going strike of non-teaching employees. He further added that Students and parents are frustrated due to the position raised at this time and moreover Jammu University is not able to tell the students about the coming schedule of examination. On one side the Govt. is trying to increase the standard of higher education but at the same time they are behaving anti-student and anti-Jammu policy. He further stated that ABVP has also addressed a letter to chief justice of J&K High court highlighting the woes of student community in the wake of strike by non-teaching employees and also appealed to treat the letter as Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and demanded his intervention in the matter
