Students’ Unions seek ban on politician’s entry into Campus

Deploring lodging of an FIR against two innocent students, several students’ organizations, today sought ban on the entry of politicians in the University Campus here.
Vikas Sharma and Rakesh Chib of Jammu State Student Morcha, Sandeep and Shawn Nawaj Choudhary of NSUI and Gurdeep Singh Pandy of LJSSU, in a handout have sought ban on the entry of politicians in the University for their alleged interference in the internal affairs of the Campus. The activists of these Unions held a protest outside the Vice Chancellor’s chambers and maintained that the suspension of the scholar or a student is an internal matter of University, which can be solved amicably adding that leaders have no right to use the Campus to derive political mileage.
Atul Sharma, Nitin Sharma, Munish Gandotra, Lavjeet Singh and Premokesh Seth were among others who also addressed on the occasion.
