| Vehicle thief nabbed, ten stolen two-wheelers recovered | | More arrests, recoveries likely after sustained interrogation | | Jammu | Apr 17
Ten two wheelers including seven Scooters and three Motorcycles were recovered after the arrest of an alleged vehicle thief from Talab Tillo here today. He allegedly stole all these two wheelers from various parts of the city. Meanwhile, more recoveries and arrests are likely after the sustained interrogation of the arrested person.
According to Police spokesman, on a tip off, Incharge Police Post Talab Tillo arrested an alleged thief namely Vicky Kumar, son of Jagdish Raj of Ward no 2, Nai Basti Poonch, presently residing at Nagrota. During interrogation, he confessed to have stolen number of Motorcycles and Scooters from various parts of Jammu city. On his disclosures, following Scooters bearing registration number JKO2K-2526, JKO2T-0588, JK02J-0809,
JK02-0664, JKE-1284, JKU-4074 and one without number and Motor Cycles recovered were JKO2V-1968, JKO2AA-1117, and JKO2-7281.
Meanwhile, the sustained questioning of the arrested person likely to lead towards the more arrest and recoveries more arrests.
