| Randhir Singh congratulates Modi for astounding victory | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 17: The state NCP President and Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh congratulated Narendra Modi, Prime Minister designate, BJP President Raj Nath Singh and party cadre for getting absolute majority and also greeted all the six MPs elected from Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh including BJP's Dr Jitender Singh, Jugal Kishore and Thupstan Chewang, PDP's Mehbooba Mufti, Muzaffar Hussain Beigh and Tariq Qarra. Former Minister Singh said in a statement that he knows all of them who have been elected and are very capable, experienced and some of them are professionals to represent the interests of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. Singh said that Modi is a shrewd politician and has managed to repackage and sell the Indian dreams in which most Indians are middle class and poor which had been all but buried by the relentless inflation and limitless corruption scams that became the hallmark of UPA's second outing. Singh further said that NCP alliance with Congress party is a great loss to the party which he has been opposing in the working committee and Singh is expecting the meeting of working committee to be presided over by National President Sharad Pawar to discuss in detail the performance of the party in the recent parliament election results. |
