| HPSA requests CJ to consider its genuine demands | | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 17 (JNF) : High Court Personal Staff Association (HPSA) of J&K High Court requested the Chief Justice (CJ) to personally intervene in the matter and consider the genuine demands of the High Court Staff. Vice President of the Association Satinder Singh in a meeting held today condemned the action of the High Court authorities regarding doling out a step motherly treatment to the High Court staff. Alleging neglect, he said that High Court authorities only project the cases of Judicial Officers and matters relating to such higher officer before the Full Court Meeting while brushing aside from the issues of the personal staff.. He further said that earlier in the month of August, 2013 the members of the Association had decided to go on mass casual leave but on the assurance of Chief Justice that the genuine demands of the Association deferred this but till today, nothing has been done in this regard. The HPSA leaders requested Chief Justice to intervene matter personally and consider the genuine demands of the High Court Staff. |
