723 pilgrims leave for Budha Amarnath, one way traffic restored on NH

JAMMU AUG-4-
As many as 723 pilgrims today left for Budha Amarnath Ji yatra while 179 yatries who had left from the base camp here towards Amarnath cave were stopped at Khuni Nallah today.
A Police spokesman said 723 pilgrims, including 213 female and 23 children, left for Budha Amarnath today in 21 vehicles including 13 buses and eight light vehicles.
The spokesman said that 179 pilgrims who boarded six buses from the base camp here today towards Shri Amarnath shrine cave were stopped at Khoni Nallah due blockade of road.. The pilgrims have been lodged in community hall Ramban for the night.
In the meantime the National Highway which was blocked due to the land slides and shooting stones at Khoni nallah was reopened for one way traffic in the evening.
