| HM militant hospitalized in state of Comma | | Referred to GMC for specialized treatment | | Doda | Apr 18
An injured militant of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) outfit was hospitalized by Police in District Hospital Doda in the condition of Comma here this morning. Meanwhile, sensing doctors referred him to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment. The possibility of his clash with other militants not ruled out behind the injury.
According to reports, 24 years old Farooq Ahmed, son of Mohd Abdullah of Manjmi, Desa, an active militant of the area affiliated with HM outfit, was shifted to his home in injured condition by a group of militants last night. Farooq was injured after being fell down from the mountainous track, said militants to his family members. They took away his weapon and said the family members to provide him treatment. Thereafter, family members of the injured militant informed the matter to Police which hospitalized him to the District Hospital Doda.
According to sources, Farooq has received serious head injury and was in the state of Comma. The doctors in District Hospital have referred him to GMC Jammu in view of his critical injuries. The possibility of his clash with the members of his outfit could not be ruled behind his serious injuries, as he was an experienced member of the outfit, sources added. Meanwhile, Police has investigating the matter and launched a massive search operation to nab his other accomplices.
