| Enrol your wards in Govt. schools: Mula Ram | | |

MLA and senior Congress Leader Mula Ram has asked the parents to send their children to Govt. Schools rather than Private Schools, as Govt. Schools have qualified teachers and better infrastructure in comparison to private Schools.
This, he said, while speaking at an inauguration function organized by the Zonal Education Officer Block Bhalwal on completion of construction work of Primary School buildings under SSA at Purkho, Mohalla Takkian, Oullywalla Mohalla Malpur and Chandian (Lower Malpur). He explained in detail the benefits of getting their children admitted in the Government Schools and about the steps being taken by the Central and State Govt. through various schemes/ Programmes.
On the occasion Tallanter Singh, President Block Congress Committee, Bhalwal put forth problems like shortage of drinking water, low voltage, non-supply of ration under BPL, construction of School boundary walls with provision of gates and non-payment of old age and widow pension etc. He requested the MLA for redressal of these problems, immediately. Mula Ram assured the people that these problems would be redressed soon.
Others who spoke in the function were Suraj Parkash Badyal, Rajan Kumar Bhagat, Prem Nath, Adbi Ram, Ch. Deva Singh, Ram Pal Sharma, Rakesh Singh, Ghandarv Singh, Balvir Singh and Jagdev Singh.
