Udhampur, June 6 : One local shop keeper sustained injuries while filling gun powder in locally made gun cartridges at his house at Sukha Talab Ramnagar in District Udhampur.
According to the Reports a shop keeper namely Suram Chand (46) Sukha Talab in Ramnagar got injured when he was filling gunpowder in gun cartridges (being used in local made gun) and gun powder exploded. "Family members immediately to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Ramnagar, from where doctors treating the injured referred him to the District Hospital (DH) Udhampur, police sources said.
"Thereafter doctors at DH Udhampur shifted injured to the Govt Medical College & Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu, they added.
SHO Ramnagar Deepak Pathania said as per medicos treating him the injured was not in a position to get his statement recorded medically and thus police yet has to first hand information in this incident. |
