Srinagar, June 16: Three Advanced Training Courses for Scout Masters, Guide Captains and Cub Masters, being conducted by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Jammu Region, were inaugurated by Mohd Israel 2 I/C, Sector HQ BSF at Kendriya Vidyalaya-3, Srinagar. More than seventy teachers of Kendriya Vidyalayas situated in J&K, parts of Punjab and Himachal Pardesh are participating in these courses. S SThakkar, Principal K V- 3, Srinagar received the Chief Guest and extended formal Welcome to the Guest and the participants. Thev Camp Report was presented by sh. B P Singh, Leader of Course (Scout). Various Scouting & guiding skills viz. Sense training games,conduct of indoor and outdoor meetings, conduct of different ceremonies, making of models, pioneering projects, play acting, planning day camps, holidays, expeditions, nature ramble, first aid, and other such skills will be practiced during the training of these courses.
