| GLTF condemns Govt for giving ReT teachers five years service benefits | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 16: General Line Teachers Forum (GLTF) strongly condemned coalition government for inclusion of five years of honorarium period of ReT Service for service benefit or seniority benefit and transfer policy.
This decision of the State Govt, can immediately cause damage to thousands of General Line Teachers as this will jeopardize the normal process of the seniority of general line teacher. By this default decision of the Govt, can revert the seniority of the general line teacher making by the junior to senior and senior to junior.
The ReTs who were appointed at village level or ward level just after giving the simple application form and were appointed in the Department as ReT without facing any kind ot competitions and interview. On the other hand general line teachers having higher qualification in every respect gone through cumbersome procedure of SSRB right from filling the application form then facing state level written competition and interviews by the person specialized in their field. |
