In the much publicized regulation of traffic in the state, the Division Bench of J&K High Court Jammu wing comprising Justice Nisar Ahmed Kakru Chief Justice (acting) and Justice Virender Singh in a CMP in which Advocate General AH Naik appeared, permitted the trucks likely to be engaged by the government/High Court for shifting of the records from Jammu to Srinagar because of Darbar move shall be permitted to pass through the City and observed that nothing withstanding the directions to the contrary passed by the Division Bench in this PIL and after hearing Advocate General disposed of CMP |
