Vigilance Organization Jammu during the search of house Mr. GD Sharma Assistant Director Trade and Stores CAPD Jammu recently superannuated recovered unexplained cash of Rs 3, 40, 502/- from his residential house situated Sant Nagar Janipur Jammu.
This search was conducted during the investigation of FIR No 14/2006 u/s 5(1) (d) r/w 5(2) PC Act 2006 r/w section 120-B RPC against Mr. GD Sharma revealed that GD Sharma during his service period has by indulging in corrupt practices make huge wealth moveable and immovable in the shape of house, shop, gold ornaments and bank deposits. The assets found in the possession of GD Sharma then Assistant Director Trade and Store of CAPD Jammu are apparently disproportionate to his known source of income and a case u/s 5(1) (e) r/w section 5(2) J&K PC Act 2006 BK and further investigation is started. |
