| PHE daily wagers submit memorandum of demands | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, June 25 : To highlight their long pending demands regarding regularization and release of pending salaries of 19 months of CP Workers, a deputation of "PHE Dailywagers Workers Union of District Kathua" called on Executive Engineer (Civil ) and Executive Engineer (Mechanical at their office chambers in the PHE Office at Kathua here today and submitted memorandum of demand for their consideration.
The deputation led by the District President of Low Paid Employees Association, Kabla Singh and apprised the officers about the problems being faced by the daily wagers and CP Workers. The deputation raised the issue of 119 dailywagers of Billawar Sub-Division in the list of panel of those dailywagers who are expected to be regularized and to release the salaries of C.P Workers pending from 19 months. The concerned officials listened to the demands of the employees and assured that their issues will be taken up for early redressa |
