Registrar General Mr. GH. Mohi-ud-Din Dar of State High Court has issued notification for change of time for summer session with effect from May 1, 2007.
According to the notification High Court Wing Jammu will function from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm, High Court Srinagar wing from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. The summer timings in the Subordinate Courts of Jammu Province, except Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Gandoh and Banihal, will be from 8.00 am to 1.30 pm while in Subordinate Courts of Kashmir Province and Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Gandoh and Banihal the timings will be from 10.00 am to 4.30 PM.
