Jammu, June 30: Indo-Oman Shotokan Karate-Do Association (IOS Karate-Do Association) organized 1st week long National Technical Self Defence Training Camp at Sudhmahadev, Mantalai from June 22 which concluded on June 28 and witnessed participation from various states Punjab, Maharashtra and New Delhi.
The training camp was held under the supervision of Ravinder Singh Jamwal (4th Degree Black Belt) and other experts drawn from across the state who extended their selfless servicxe4s to make the camp a success.
The various students who participated included Shahnawaz Ahmed, Bhumika Kumari Sambyal, Raghvi Verma & Gourav Arora (All students of Naveen Shiksha Academy, Narwal), Vishwa Pratap Singh Jamwal (National Academy), Mohd. Younis, Liaqat Hussain, Khadam Hussain, Gourav Singh Jamwal, Vikram Singh Jamwal.
On the basis of their performances these students were also selected for National Championship which will be held at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi later this year. Ranjeet Sharma, Sandeep Bakshi, Sunil Kumar, Sumit Gupta, Pooja Sharma, Raveeta Sharma supported the activities of camp as resource persons to this camp. |
