HC directs CEO Poonch to appoint ReTs at Bufliaz ReT posts diverted from Bufliaz to Mendhar 6/30/2014 11:56:33 PM Jammu, June 30 : In a petition filed by Shakil Ahmed and others the CEO Poonch initiated the process way back in 2010 for filling 7 posts, then available at Bufliaz Zone District Poonch. The deserving candidates would have been engaged as ReTs for the said school whereas in between two posts of ReT for this very zone have been shifted to Mendhar Zone and challenged the same. Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv ZA Mughal appearing for the petitioners, disposed of the petition with a direction to CEO Poonch to initiate process for filling up the present available posts of ReT for Bufliaz Zone for which even recommendations have also been made by Village Level Education Committee Bufliaz very recently as is evident from record.
