In order to strengthen the organization at the grass-root level, president, PCC, Peerzada Mohd. Sayeed has appointed Kumer Singh as President, Block Congress Committee Samba vice Gouri Shanker Sharma, president, BCC Samba, who has been promoted to the post of President Distt. Congress Committee, Jammu (Rural).
Similarly, Ganesh Dutt Gupta has been appointed as President, Block Congress Committee, R.S. Pura vice Sardar Amar Singh-President BCC, R.S. Pura has been promoted to the post of Vice President Distt. Congress Committee Jammu (Rural).
PCC President has also appointed two more Vice Presidents and General Secretaries for District Congress Committee Jammu (Rural). Deva Singh and master Rattan Lal have been nominated as vicepresidents and Rajdev Singh and Mukesh Gupta are appointed General Secretaries of District Congress Committee Jammu Rural, with immediate effect.
