Jammu, July 6: A 26 year-old youth who was found unconscious mysteriously in Gandhi Nagar area today succumbed at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H).
The deceased has been identified as Tilak Raj son of Munshi Ram of Rajouri.
Police sources said that Tilak was found unconscious under mysterious circumstances on July 5 in Gandhi Nagar area. He was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) for treatment.
"During treatment, Tilak Raj failed to respond the treatment", said a police official adding that the body was handed over to family members for last rites.
A case in this connection has been registered and further investigation is on to ascertain the exact reasons behind the death. |
