| JSSM calls on Chief Librarian JU | | |

The activists of Jammu State Students Morcha (JSSM) today called on the Chief Librarian University of Jammu (JU) and apprised him about the problems being faced by the students and scholars.
Prof Kuldeep Sharma, Chief Librarian JU gave a patient hearing to the genuine demands of the students and assured them to look into their demands at an earliest. Students listed various demands which includes 12 hour functioning of internet section, cooling system in all the reading rooms, generator for uninterrupted electric supply, canteen facility during nights and availability of competitive books.
Meanwhile, Prof Sharma has assured the students to start the 12 hour internet facility from tomorrow.
