Jammu, April 24
In connection with move of Civil Secretariat and other move offices for Srinagar, the Traffic Police has made adequate arrangements for smooth flow of traffic on Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
According to Inspector General of Police Traffic Raja Aijaz Ali, there will be one way traffic from Jammu to Srinagar on April 28, 29 and May 5 and 6, 2007.
Further in view of improvement of the national highway and forthcoming tourist season, two-way traffic for all types of vehicles would be restored w.e.f. May 1, 2007, barring May 5 and 6 when only one-way traffic from Jammu to Srinagar is allowed due to Darbar Move.
