Jammu, July 21: Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) has been striving for over a decade to promote scientific attitude through innovative activities and use of IT in learning process that involve popularizing Computer, Science, Mathematics and English Education among school children.
At least 34 students of JK Public School Kunjwani who participated in Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), Asia's largest Olympiad under different categories in the second round and stood as winners.
They were felicitated with medals, DVDs, magazine subscription, merit certificates and cash Awards by SOF. Sarthak Gupta of Class 8th bagged the first rank under 16th National Science Olympiad. Arpit Gupta of Class 10th stood second under 13th National Cyber Olympiad. Ridham Kohli and Shubham Kumar Khanna of Class 11th secured third rank under Internationl Mathematical Olympiad and International English Olympiad respectively. The participants were applauded in the school assembly by everyone for bringing laurels to the school. |
