The ninth divisional conference of Northern Zone Insurance Employees (NZIEA) was held here. The Conference was presided over by A.M. Tantray under the supervision of A C Chouhan from New Delhi. The Chief Guest on the occasion was A K Bhatnagar, General Secretary NZIEA, New Delhi. The office bearers of the Divisional Committee – Srinagar Division of NZIEA, Srinagar were elected.
In the meeting A M.Tantray was elected as Divisional President, Rajesh Gupta,, Vice president, J A Bukhari, Vice President, Pawan Gupta, Divisional Secretary, Romesh Chander, Joint Secretary, H U Koul, Joint Secretary, S K Bhat Treasurer and Ajaz Ah. Dar was Asstt. Treasurer.
