Three injured in separate road mishaps

Kishtwar, July 29: Three persons including a pedestrian were today injured in two different road accidents in Kishtwar, police sources said. According to police sources a speeding motorcycle bearing regd no JK02AN-6165 driven by youth identified namely as Umar Ajaiz Sheikh s/o Ajaiz Ahmed Sheikh of Sangrabata Kishtwar this afternoon at around 3:00pm hit Surjeet Kumar s/o Kunj Lal of Kuleed Kishtwar near Kuleed in which both were injured."
"Both Umar as well as Surjeet Kumar were presently undergoing treatment at District Hospital Kishtwar," sources said. "In another road accident that took place at around 7:00pm motorcycle bearing regd no JK02Q-3004 met with an accident outside TRC Kishtwar resulting injuries to Farooq Ahmed (42 yrs) s/o Abdul Razaq of Bihar. Farooq got right leg fractured and is presently undergoing treatment at District Hospital (DH) Kishtwar. According to police sources, the condition of all the three injured is stable while concerned police have registered cases in these regards.
